Passionate about mental wellbeing and the need to take the shame out of seeking help, I love seeing the impact that working together can make (in fact I’m a huge advocate for getting support before you’ve already got lost in overwhelm/burnout/anxiety).

What can I expect in these sessions?
Coaching sessions are:
- Practical, proactive and conversational.
- Future focussed, we are not problem phobic but don’t spend time looking back at the past in our sessions.
- Aimed at leaving you feeling understood, focused, re-energised and equipped with strong tools.
What happens in a session?
In a 60 minute session we spend time focusing on your preferred future and importantly how you want things to be, helping you to develop a more positive outlook on life. This is supported by coaching using Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Brain based Therapy, NLP and CBT to help you to feel calmer and begin to unlock your goals by identifying small actions to create change. We will finish the session with deeply relaxing hypnosis which helps with improving sleep, reducing anxiety and improving learning and focus.
When working with me I follow the basic assumptions that:
- we won’t dwell on the past or the problem, we will focus on future thinking and creating solutions
- you are the expert in you, we will draw on your internal resources

It’s important that you work with someone who feels like a good fit for you. I offer a FREE 30 minute initial consultation in person or online where we will discuss what you’d like to achieve and I’ll share with you how the brain works and why you may be feeling like you do. You will also receive a hypnotherapy download to listen to at home.
How long will it take?
Generally 8-12 weekly sessions are needed depending on what you are needing help with. There is no fixed rule and often you are the best judge of when you are feeling ready to go it alone, or reduce the frequency of your sessions. A follow up check in every 3 months can be useful to reinforce the work that you have done.

I don’t have a magic wand so can’t guarantee success, working together requires commitment to make lasting changes but I will there to support you, guiding you towards a positive future.
