I recently had a big event coming up, where I was required to do something public facing. It was something I’d always wanted to do, but I put a lot of pressure on myself to do a good job. I noticed my stress levels increasing and I began to feel more and more anxious about the up-coming event. 

I knew I needed a little bit of help to reset my mindset. I’d seen Helen before she qualified and her sessions had massively helped me in the long term, but I just needed reminding of everything we’d gone through. I called on Helen with two weeks to go until the event and she said of course I can help you. I know exactly what we need to do. Instantly I felt relieved, even her voice has a calming and grounding effect which is amazing. Helen and I had around three sessions, which were centered around building a positive mindset about the upcoming event, along with building my confidence up in general.

It massively helped and all the techniques I learned, I used on the day. The day went so well and I know I have Helen to thank.

The sessions with Helen became a highlight of my week. They became a chance for me to have some downtime and a chance for me to connect with myself and my breathing. It was the opportunity for me to be still and I came away from every session feeling like I understood me and my brain a little better. I really felt like the sessions allowed me the chance to invest in my mental wellbeing. They allowed me the space to access a new perspective on how I was working with challenges that consistently came up in my daily life and how I could approach them differently in a better and more beneficial way. I honestly couldn’t recommend Helen enough. She is incredible at what she does and her passion really shines through.

Helen is a kind and generous “mind coach” (for want of a better description!) who very easily wins your trust and your belief in being able to make positive change.

I was able to open up to her about issues that I had not been able to previously share with my friends or family. Her process allowed me the mental space to start to examine my inner thoughts more objectively. Without fear of failure and most importantly in a safe place, I have been able to understand myself on a deeper level. 

I loved the fact that I could continue to work on my anxiety outside of our 121s by making use of her recordings to regulate my emotions and put me in the best possible mental space before going to bed.

My close family noticed a difference within one month of seeing Helen. I felt freer and less burdened and have started to see that there was no point in letting fear hold me back. The impact socially has been most impressive. I no longer fear rejection and have even been able to host a local fundraiser for charity.
